Cable and wirless established the Stanley Teleport back in 1997 to develop services into the New Teritories. Since then Hong Kong has been given back to the Chinese people and this establishment is now owned and operated By Reach.
The Stanley earth station, along with our other facilities in Australia gives us direct coverage of more than two-thirds of the earth’s surface from its extensive ground station facilities in Hong Kong.
With over 13 Antennas of various sizes,the facility gives us both C- and Ku-band availablity, supporting our VipNet range of services( video, voice and data services).
Our Hub here is not yet activated, but rest assured that we will work with the satellite operator to secure the necessary operational agreements for within the New Territories to meet our customers requirements.
